Kaila Desjardins Editing is four years old! 🥳
Thank you for all the support over the last four years! This is truly a dream job for me, and I’m lucky to be able to live it.
Freelance editing wasn’t something that I had considered until I realized how unhappy I was at my last job. I loved the people, but it was a draining experience and just not something I could sustain long term, and when my lovely mom suggested I give freelance editing a go… I figured, why not? What was stopping me?
To this day it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
And I couldn’t be here without the clients who trust me with their projects, which are sometimes raw and always personal, and that trust means the world to me.

*Note that while booking will happen in February, the project or coaching call itself will take place at a later date, as I’m currently fully booked for February. Even if you won’t need me to work with you until later this year, you’re more than welcome to book now! (In fact, I highly recommend booking an editor further out than you think you’ll need to.)
